Out my old rubber trans mount in and it still vibrates. Not quite as bad though. Weird. It drive smooth until I dropped the trans last and out the poly mounts in. Now it's got a wicked vibration at like 30 mph and an annoying vibe at 65. Any ideas? Heading out for the mountains tonight

Yeah I have a janky SYE. Hack n tap style. I'm gonna pull the shaft and tighten it up real quick. I bet that's the problem.

I have a hack n tap like the IRO. The only vibes I get are when the shaft is bent or a joint is going bad in the cv

Mines just a random yoke that happened to fit over the output shaft. The bolt holding the yoke to the shaft always loosens up and starts vibrating. I can feel the play in the splines with my hand right now. Gonna tighten it up and then put my poly mount back in.

I've been wiring up some more rock lights today:

Bright as faaaawk. Can't wait to see them come night time.

Now off to swap trans mounts, re-torque the SYE and pack. Heading out for sac soon and then putting in my front driveshaft and skid plate tonight (left the hardware up there). Then off for the Rubicon in the morning. Busy busy, but it always pays off!

Re: My "Hero" Blog

Just input on the axles. Your jeep did work on the con man. Always impressed. Even w someone else wheeling it it did awesome. So one) you'll stay golden wnthis setup and two) if u go big you'll do even more work haha. But digging the lights, clip, and everything.

Also forgot to tell you. Your rig looks mean in my rearview
