Hmmmmm. The census form is quite clear, they wanna know who is living at the address it was mailed to as of 1 April 2010.
Unless something goes horribly wrong with the closing, we will not live at the addy on 1 April, but will be on the road for several days while we move. So technically, filling it out would be submitting false information. :-)
